Craig D. Sternberg, MD, FAAPMR (Retired)
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Retired Partner/Physician
“At an early age I showed a proficiency in the field of science. I also enjoy interacting with people, so I wanted to pursue a career that was a combination of the two. As a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, I have been able to help my patients get well and make a positive difference in their lives. My challenge is to make a difference in the quality of your life, too. I do it with today’s most advanced nonsurgical procedures and a true commitment to overall health.
As a student, I earned a fellowship at Moss Rehabilitation in Philadelphia, PA. It was there that I decided to pursue a career in physical medicine and rehabilitation. I enjoy looking at each patient’s individual situation and constructing a path to improve their quality of life. One of the most rewarding challenges of my career is working with a patient who can’t perform a specific function or task, but through effective treatment is able to resume an active life.
My wife and children keep me very active. I am a cyclist and play tennis. So when my patients came in and they were unable to perform everyday activities, I understood how they felt. I focused on their goals, which were to decrease pain and improve performance so they could get back to their active lifestyles.”
Though I am now retired, I am still committed to you. Please click the "Request an Appointment" button to schedule an appointment with one of my other colleagues today.
