Our Middletown Office is located off Route 301 above the Medical Aid Unit in the Christiana Care Building on Sleepy Hollow Drive. This is our newest location and has a variety of treatment modalities. We are fully equipped to handle your rehabilitation needs including auto accidents, work injuries, slip and fall accidents, post-surgical rehabilitation, jaw pain, and fibromyalgia.
