Located in the Park Plaza Office Park, we are your multidisciplinary team for all of your needs. We are fully equipped to handle any of your pain from auto accidents, work injuries, slip and fall accidents, sports injuries, or any pain or discomfort you are experiencing.

Not only do we have physical medicine physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation specialists at Foulk Road, we also have an on-site psychologist. Our friendly staff at Foulk Road will take care of you and help you get better faster.
